Anya THomen - Owner

Coach Thomen has been a sport specialist for over 18 years. With a Degree in Management of Recreational Facilities and Exercise Science, she has owned or managed 6 different studios including 3 of her own CrossFit Boxes and several other fitness related companies. 

At Elite Health and Wellness, she is responsible for heading our sports therapy and prehab/rehab programs bridging the gab between the medical field and the fitness realm.   She also takes more advanced nutrition clientele including gut health and metabolic conditions, as well as sport performance and pure aesthetics based nutrition.
